MGA Quality Remover framework involves and includes both companies and individuals and provides an opportunity for customers to make a comparison between removal companies, its staff and its service quality – leading to:
The framework and standards are under pinned by a comprehensive and certified training and development process and backed up by a business support and information network.
Companies are invited to register as a MGA QUALITY REMOVAL COMPANY, sign up to the framework and work towards full staff accreditation. Successful company accreditation is the sign of a successful business and an employer shows a commitment to all its employees and that highly values its customers.
On Registration to the scheme and to the framework a company is issued with a framed commitment to achieving the MGA Quality Remover performance standards and will commit to working towards its aims, a Service Pledge and Promise for use as a marketing tool, a Training Plan for all the removals staff as well as vehicle and uniform badges as appropriate.
This pledge and promise is issued to all companies signed up to the MGA Framework and is available to discuss with potential customers.
The framework also provides 5 Levels of progression leading to the MGA Quality Mover recognition for individuals within removals, storage or related businesses.
The framework allows for the employees having achieved MGA Quality Mover status, to use the new skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve advancement and potential future success.
The framework also allows the accredited company to use the benefits and advantages of accreditation to satisfy and enhance customer expectations.
All training is very practical and every trainee will be involved to give them the skills, knowledge and practice to make a real difference when they return to work by improving productivity and, most importantly, saving the company time and money.
